Our DIY balloon kit includes everything that you need to make a 1.8m balloon garland. 
All you need to do is pump up the balloons with our electric balloon pump (electric balloon pump hire price included in the price) and slide the balloons into the balloon tape. It is a super easy process and will take approximately 45 minutes to create the balloon garland from pumping up the balloons to putting them onto the tape.
Garland includes 50 helium grade balloons and 5m balloon tape.
